เฮลท์แคร์แบร์ กัมมี่เบอร์เบอรีน

I've been taking these for about six weeks now, mainly because I liked that the formula includes chromium and cassia cinnamon alongside the berberine. They taste fine and I actually remember to take them, which says a lot.

The gummies are easy to take daily, and the chromium plus cassia cinnamon combo feels like a solid addition to my morning routine. I’ve noticed my post-meal energy is steadier since starting them, which is exactly what I wanted.

The cinnamon extract in these makes the taste way more pleasant than I expected for a berberine supplement—no bitter aftertaste at all. I've been taking them with breakfast and my post-meal energy feels steadier through the afternoon.
