I've been taking these for about three weeks now and I'm actually falling asleep faster instead of lying there staring at the ceiling. The KSM-66 dose is the reason I picked them over the cheaper stuff, and so far it seems to be doing what it claims.

These have become part of my nightly wind-down routine, and I’m honestly sleeping more soundly than I have in months. The KSM-66 extract definitely feels like it’s doing its job without any grogginess the next morning.

I’ve been taking these about an hour before bed for two weeks, and the KSM-66 ashwagandha really seems to take the edge off my racing thoughts. My sleep feels deeper and I wake up less groggy, plus the gummies are easy to chew without any harsh aftertaste.
